Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.

Shipping Rates
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15.00 flat rate shipping to all provinces and territories in Canada but unfortunately this does not include all PO Boxes and some rural addresses. If your address does not qualify for the flat rate, you will receive an email offering to change the delivery address or to pay an increased shipping cost. This extra fee must be paid before your order is processed. Orders outside of Canada may not qualify for the flat rate.

To keep our shipping rates low, we ship through a variety of couriers through a shipping broker.

We offer free shipping to Canada and the US on all orders over $99.00.


Free Local Pick Up
Free local pick up is available on all orders. We are located in on Skyhills Road, Huntsville, ON. We will contact you via text with the phone number you provided at checkout within 1-3 business days when your order is ready for porch pick up.

If you require your order faster than our usual processing & shipping times, please reach out before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request. Extra shipping charges may apply.
