Scent Guarantee - Introducing our Scent Guarantee - Love it or Swap it! We get it, smelling our products online can be tricky. That's why if you're not head over heels for the scent you ordered, we'll swap it for free! Unsure if your friend or loved one will adore their gift? No problem, we've got that covered too!
Some exclusions apply, like lip products that can't be returned. Just give us a shout within 2 weeks of receiving your product if the scent isn't hitting the spot. And remember, if you're ever unhappy with your order, reach out - we're here to help!

Damages
While we strive to package and ship all orders to avoid damage, unfortunately this can occur. To initiate an exchange or refund, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your damaged order. Please email us at info@LittleBarn.ca with a clear description of the damages and a picture of your damaged product. Allow for 3 business days for a response and we will then guide you on the process.
